Jumping the Broom

Bride and groom, Ora Lean Norris and Harvey Johnson, practice an old African-American custom of jumping the broom on their wedding day in June of 2002. Ora Lean wears a long dress of turquoise with a matching jacket, and Harvey wears a grey suit with blue shirt and tie. To the right is Ora Lean's grandson, Mark Weaver.
