Family Farm with Chickens

1900 ca.

The Klinge farm, located at Plymouth and Leonard, was owned by Gilbert Klinge, at the left. Matilda Klinge, his wife, and Sarah Platschorre, Matilda's sister, throw feed from a basket to a flock of chickens. The two Klinge boys, Herman and Henry, appear to be helping with the feed. The farm house, in the background, faces either Plymouth or Leonard that runs in front of the house.
