West Bridge St., July 4th
L. V. Moulton - 1876
This three story building on West Bridge St.has striped awnings at the front and side at street level and swags around the front and side of the building between the first and second floors. A large flagpole is on the roof. Several people are on the sidewalk, a woman is seated at the back of the horse-drawn trolley, and two conductors stand at the front.
