Children play on the sidewalk on Ethel Ave. during early spring or late fall. Houses along the street can be seen in the background. The smaller girl rides a tricycle. One boy wears shorts and a light jacket while the other wears a sweater and probably knickers. Both girls wear "Mary Jane" style shoes and anklets.
