Flood Waters, West Bridge & Stocking

Seven men in a small boat float in flood waters from the Grand River at the corner of West Bridge St. and Stocking Ave. while men, women, and children watch from a small patch of raised dry land next to a large two story building. A few people wade in the water behind the boat. Some fences and smaller dwellings are to the right of the trees.
