Royal Barry Wills Design, Color

1956

The Cape Cod design created by Royal Barry Wills of Boston would have been a more familiar form of architecture than the other designs featured in the Homestyle Collection. Its inclusion no doubt intended to provide a setting for the city's designers of traditional furniture. This design is the only one with a two-car garage. This home would have been built on Lot 32.
