Ransom St. Looking North

Schuyler C. Baldwin - 1870s

Taken from the tower of the High School at the SE corner of Ransom and Lyon, the view looks north down Ransom St. The first cross street, just past the large, two story house on the right, is Bronson (now Crescent). Ransom Street ends at E. Bridge St. (now Michigan). At that time the street jogged to the right and became Coit St.
