Some searches will bring up several pages of possibilities.

By clicking on show options, beneath the search field, you have the ability to limit your search to specific fields or types, i.e. an article or photo, or photo essay, etc. More than one option can be selected, i.e. article and photo, will return both types in the list of possibilities.

Once you have selected the type/s, click on the icon to the right of the long search box, rather than using your Enter key.

Another way to narrow your search, if it contains more than one word, is to put the phrase in “  ”, which will limit your search to that specific phrase. For example, “John Q Smith” will return only an item containing that exact phrase, but will not return an item with John Smith.
