The Charles W. Garfield Memorial holds a large boulder set in a square outline with paving stones with smaller stones set at each corner. The center has brick paving that leads to the boulder where a bronze plaque contains the names of Charles and his wife, Jesse, along with their birth and death dates. In the background Burton St. intersects with Lafayette Ave.
