Wooden barriers can be seen along the left and one in the near right front. Constuction sheds are in the background on the right as well as utility poles. A crane and truck are to the left and Bethel Christian Reform Church is just visible at the far left. A surveyor is barely visible just in front of the crane. Trenches have been dug for the start of construction.
