Detroit, Grand Haven & Milwaukee RR Bridge Looking West

Four men are standing at the east end of the railroad bridge overlooking the debris and log jam built up against the bridge. The river and flooded area is beyond the logs. Many men walk about on the logs, but it is not possible to tell if they were attempting to move the logs or just sight-seeing.
