The three men in the center of the front row, holding what appear to be rulers, are Franz Leitelt, 5th from left, probably Edward Leitelt Sr., and Adolph Leitelt Sr. The man in the top hat at the far left is probably Adolph Leitelt Jr. Several men hold tools, and what appears to be a large gear can be seen just to the left of the sign that reads, A. Leitelt Bros. Co. Mill and Machinery, Machine Oils, Saws, Belting & All Mill Supplies.
