Herkner Jewelry at 25 Monroe

Joseph Herkner on the right, his daughter Elizabeth at his side, and three men of varying ages stand on the steps of Herkner's store at 25 Monroe. A sign on the building above an awning reads Jos. C. Herkner. Two ornate columns are on either side of the door, clocks of several sizes are displayed in each window, and the buildings across Monroe Ave. are reflected in the glass. At sidewalk level on the right of the steps is a sign that reads; H. Tucker, Boots and Shoes to Order, Repairing a Specialty, Harry Tucker.
