Eleven employees of the Eagle Brewery, owned by Veit & Rathman whose names can been seen on the sign resting against the kegs. All the men are wearing hats, some are in suits and some in work clothes, and those in the front row are holding mugs of beer or ale. Three kegs and some brewing implements are on the ground in front while kegs piled high are behind the men.
