Title by cataloger. Joy Lillie was assigned to the first platoon of the 51st field hospital of the 1st army during her service in the US Army Nurses Corp during WWII. Each platoon had three doctors, medics corp men and five nurses. This photograph shows the nurse platoon Joy was with during her overseas tour of duty. The photo was taken in Honnef, Germany, March 1945.
