As the construction of DeVos Hall progresses very little of the George Welsh Civic Auditorium can be seen except the rear wall and corner. The steel skeleton of the upper levels can be seen in front of the tower of a crane. A corner of the Exhibitors Building can be seen behind the steel structure, and to its left is a corner of the Pantlind Hotel. The view was taken across Monroe Ave. looking southwest.
