Zema & Bumgardner Design

1956

Gene Zema and A.O. Bumgardner, Seattle architects, design this home for a young growing family of the Northwest using structural characteristics consistent with the natural materials of the area. The house is raised by a series of 'stilts' and the house is set back with the carport at the front. This house would have been built on Lot 26.
