This view of the intersection of Monroe Center and Division St. looks toward the Northwest. At the corner in the center of the photo is the Peck Building, formerly Peck's Drug Store. At the foot of Monroe center is the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel, formerly the Pantlind Hotel. The tall building at the far left was the Michigan National Bank Building; on the right, the tall building just beyond the Peck Building was originally a bank building, moving down the street is the former Morton House Hotel, the former Steketee Department Store, and the white building at the end in the McKay Tower.
