Four young women, all dressed in blouses and skirts with one in a large hat while the others wear boaters, pose in front of the flower clock at John Ball Park. Two bicycles are on the ground and one leans against the mound supporting the clock which is set at 11:40. Three persons in the distance appear to be watching the photographer.
