Circus at John Ball Park

Five elephants, two wearing decorative blankets and carrying riders, parade before a collections of tents; a sign on one at the left indicates it is the main entrance. A small child, wearing a beret, watches in the foreground, and several circus workers are visible around the tents which fly a variety of flags and pennants.
