Wolverine Bicycle Club at John Ball Park

1895

A large group of mostly young men, note the woman and child in the front, pose with their bicycles spread out on the grassy hill--despite the sign, "Keep off the Grass"--during an outing at John Ball Park. The young man in front and just to the right of the sign wears a hat with the initials W B C on the front which probably refers to the Wolverine Bicycle Club, but he appears to be the only one wearing a hat with that logo.
