Santa Claus Girls Dinner
1920s
A large group of men and women volunteers for the Santa Claus Girls are enjoying a dinner provided by the Grand Rapids Herald. Some of the women are wearing work smocks or aprons. The tables are covered with dishes and the remains of the meal. Tables along the walls hold boxes and gifts for children. Large oriental lanterns hang from the ceiling as well other lights for illumination.
