Notes

Title by cataloger. This small pine tree was brought from northern Michigan by police matron Maude Brower and planted by the police on Police Department property. Women from the County Building Annex, always anxious to help the Santa Claus Girls, dedicated the tree to the task of telling passersby to remember them with donations.
