The fingerprint card lists the date of arrest, name, age, and color. Just below that information is the list of Bertillon measurements (for a description of those measurements see the image of the Bertillon Chart). Beneath those measurements are the fingerprints for the individual fingers of each hand. Finally, the prints of the four fingers of each hand. Photographs and other details are on the reverse side of the card.
