See Art. Opened in about 1908, in the 1920's this theater featured vaudeville acts and movies under the management of George C. Nichols. Mr. Nichols was an attorney who was once the partner of Samuel H. Himelstein, who purchased the building just before World War II. Such stars as Will Rogers and Robert Mantell appeared on the stage of the Superba.
