Schuyler Colfax Baldwin Collection

Schuyler C. Baldwin, a 19th century Kalamazoo photographer specializing in stereoviews, created many photographs in Grand Rapids. This collection depicts Grand Rapids from ca.1870 until ca.1900. These particular images were previously owned by Charles E. Belknap, author of "The Yesterdays of Grand Rapids" and longtime resident of the city, and contributed by Thomas R. Dilley. You can read more about Baldwin on the Kalamazoo Public Library website.
