Looking west, Hall School is seen at the left behind the yellow boom lift and the construction of the new school on the right, or to the north. Steel beams rise above the first-floor walls, concrete blocks for building them are stacked at the left near the old school, and a large red crane is in the middle of the photo.

This building replaces the former Hall Elementary School, built in 1955-56, at the same location and is the third building on the site. The new building occupies the same position on the property as the original building, built in 1892.
