Noted on the back: Built 1851; Ustus Beach, carpenter and builder; Mr. & Mrs. Knapp, Mrs. Herrick, (Vinnie Seated), Mamie Herrick with mallet, the Knapp maid.
The house was moved from 1330 Knapp NE to 1077 Leonard NE in the 1950s when it was occupied by Dr.s Eugene and Elisha Stevensma for several years and is currently the location of Home Care Service Staffing Inc.
