A first floor classroom has storage cabinets with a counter installed with additional cabinets above. Storage cubicles for students are against the wall at the left and another stands in the center of the floor waiting to be installed. Bright orange walls surround the bathroom area where white tiles are inset with brightly colored ones. The ceiling and floor area remain to be finished.

This building replaces the former Hall Elementary School, built in 1955-56, at the same location and is the third building on the site. The new building occupies the same position on the property as the original building, built in 1892.
