Construction of Cesar E. Chavez Elementary School, Looking NW

GRHC - 2009

A view looking NW across Grandville Ave. toward the corner of the school that will house administrative offices and the library on the second floor. Two large portions of those sections are covered in plastic film. The second and third floors of the building, on the left half of the photo, faced with red brick veneer contain classrooms. Dumpsters and sanitary facilities stand behind the fence at the center of the photo, and a small portion of Hall School is visible at the far left. A streetlight, of the type often called cobras, is seen at the center.
