GRHC - 2008
The hall, running east and west, on the third floor of the building has been established by steel framing. Pieces of equipment and supplies stand on the floor, including the yellow ladder at the left used to navigate between floors, and pipes and conduits run along the ceiling. The opening at the west which will house a window is covered with plastic.
