Construction of Cesar E. Chavez Elementary School, SW Corner

GRHC - 2008

The view of the building at the corner of Hall St. and Grandville Ave., housing administrative offices and the library, looks SW. The farther portion of the building has already had the red brick veneer facing applied, but not the closer portion. Construction equipment is visible behind the cyclone fence, two utility poles reach high above the building, and scaffolding for workers is at the far left. The large red crane that was seen in so many of the earlier photos is no longer on the site.
