GRHC - 2008
The present Hall Elementary School is partially visible behind the pallets of red brick facing for the new Cesar Chavez School at the right. Between the old and new buildings, behind the red truck, is the area that will house the new cafeteria and the gym. At the right a large platform supported by steel girders provides work space for application of the brick facing. The window spaces have been covered in heavy plastic to protect workers from the cold weather, and traces of snow can be seen on the ground.
